Why is using Seek so hard?

Jul 13, 2022

If you have, you've probably hit what I call the "drain point". It's the moment you realise you have been searching jobs for 30 minutes or more yet...

...you feel no closer to a job you'd love to do AND;

...you can't stand being in your current job a moment longer AND

...there doesn't appear to be suitable job options for you right now (or ever!)

So your energy, happiness and optimism get totally drained.

Am I right?

So you close down SEEK and you begrudgingly go back to the challenges you face in your job right now.

But your situation doesn't change...you still feel stuck and unhappy in your role.

The BIGGEST pitfall about searching for jobs online isn't usually a lack of opportunities, it's that you find a job that looks promising but...

...it's in an industry you haven't worked in; OR

...they are looking for someone with LOTS of experience!, OR

...they are looking for someone with specific qualifications, OR

...the salary range is either too high, or too low!

So you talk yourself out of it.

You know you could do the job but you'd better not apply as you're not the "perfect fit", so it would be a waste of everyone's time.

Or, if you do apply, you might be getting rejections (which really just embeds the feeling that you aren't good enough).

Here's the thing, I work with women every single day who have felt like this, and they have been able to find and land roles that they thought were unattainable.

They were able to open Seek, know exactly what to search for and apply with confidence.

How?

I taught them my Career Accelerator Formula (which I teach in my Career Accelerator Program).

It's a simple step by step formula that has you get the confidence and clarity find and land a job that will really light you up - and then make it happen!

So if having your next job search be blissful and easy rather than hard and annoying, then you might want to consider join is the program for you :)
