The reason I created it?
Because the big lie we tell ourselves is that the average person won't have a career they love.
That by nature, jobs are hard, stressful and are to simply put food on the table.
But, with everything in my body, I disagree.
The second biggest lie we tell ourselves is that our careers are supposed to be linear.
First we get a degree, then a junior role, mid-level role, and finally a senior role (if we hustle hard).
And again, I completely disagree with this idea.
For example, I know CEO's of big companies in their 20 and 30s.
I also know people who have had drastic career changes (new roles, industries, leadership positions) that hasn't taken years to obtain.
Instead of believing these constructed norms, I want to cut through it by asking you a question I think is way more important.
Knowing that you are likely going to be working for the next 20 to 30+ years...
